We love working with homeowners to find a perfect landscape design that is beautiful and functional. Each and every one of our projects reflect unique tastes and personalities from each of our clients while also maximizing the potential of the space. Our designers work with many different factors such as site architecture and local ecology to inform the entire process.
In order to properly identify your needs and goals, we will come to your home and discuss your ideal landscape as well as tour the site to have a better understanding of the land. Meeting in person is so important because it allows us to be able to really understand your wants and needs while being able to visualize while actually at the site. We will also take measurements and make specific notes in order to create the best design possible.
After our initial meeting, we will have a better understanding of your goals and of the actual site, so we will then get started on our preliminary designs. We will generate 2-3 computer generated designs for your project, along with detailed material lists for each.
We will schedule another meeting to go over our preliminary designs and allow for you to provide any input. This allows us to go into our final design process will absolute confidence that we will provide the perfect design.
With the information collected from the second meeting, we begin our final design. This involves defining exact shapes, detailed materials list, detailed computer generated design, as well as an accurate cost estimate.
We will provide a clearly written contract which includes agreement of design and budget for your project.
